Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Warranty Policy

Return & Refund is a guarantee provided by LIGHTINGWAY company for every product you bought on Lightingway online shop. Please carefully read the detail of the Returns & Refund Guarantee Policy on the below:

Return Policy and Returns Procedure:

  • All product must be made within 30 days of you receiving the package
  • All products must be in original packaging and condition.
  • All products must complete the “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” asking by live chat or email us: service@lightingwayonline.com
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless a mistake on LIGHTINGWAY.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charge on all non-defective returns.

Exchange Procedure

  • Follow our return procedure
  • Replace a new order by our online shop or live chat with us anytime.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a full refund on your initial order. Your new product will ship immediately.

Incomplete, Damaged, or broken Products

After you receipted your product and found it is incomplete, damaged, or broken, please contact us immediately by live chat, you will get this resolved immediately.   DON’T TRY TO INSTALL THE PART.

Warranty Claims

We guarantee 100% exact fitment based on the vehicle specifications you provide at order confirmation. If for any reason your products do not fit or defective, we will replace it free of charge immediately.

Order Cancellations

We usually ship out orders within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order because of personal reasons before the order is shipped out, you will be charged a 3.8% fee for the adjustment of bank.  Once your product is shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled, you have to follow our return procedure. 

Refunds

Once your return of product has been approved, a refund will be given using the same payment method. You will receipt information from our company via email.
